Experience the essence of sustainable agriculture today, taste the diffrences
No. 61, Jalan Gajah, Bandar Tanjung Bungah, Mukim 18 (Tanjong Tokong) 11200
A living farm built on one simple belief: when soil is healthy, food becomes better, cleaner, and more meaningful.
Pangaea Naturals Farm began in 2019 from a personal search for naturally grown, truly healthy food. What started as a family effort to grow better food for daily consumption has grown into a family-run farming business serving communities across Penang Island, Penang Mainland, and beyond.
Today, Pangaea Naturals combines syntropic farming, stingless beekeeping, and premium harvest production into one sustainable model designed for urban and peri-urban landscapes.
“Healthy soil grows healthy food — but more importantly, it builds a system that can take care of itself.”
🌱 What’s Happening on the Farm
- Syntropic Farming System
A layered, regenerative approach where crops grow together in balance rather than isolation. - Urban Food Production
Coffee, fruits (papaya, mango), herbs, and seasonal crops grown within ecological limits. - Stingless Bee Integration (Kelulut)
Bees are part of the system — supporting pollination while producing raw honey.
- Natural Soil Building
Using methods like chop-and-drop (e.g. Mexican sunflower) to regenerate soil without chemicals.
🍯 What You Can Experience / Get
- Raw Stingless Bee Honey (Kelulut)
Light, slightly tangy, less sugary than conventional honey — harvested directly from on-site hives. - Fresh Seasonal Produce
Naturally grown fruits, herbs, and vegetables — small batch, depending on harvest cycles. - Premium Bakery & Products
Fresh cakes & cookies using quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and produce from the farm - Farm Visits & Learning Exposure
See how a syntropic system works in an urban setting and how different elements connect.
👨🌾 The Farmer Behind It
“We don’t need shortcuts. If we follow the natural flow, the yield will come — and the quality will be better.
Hassan Al Habshi
Founder of Pangaea Naturals
Hassan didn’t start as a farmer.
He came from a fragrance business — until COVID disrupted everything.
At the same time, he was dealing with constant fatigue and declining health.
That turning point led him to a simple question:
“Why is it so hard and expensive to eat truly healthy food?”
Instead of accepting it, he started growing his own.
What began with a small batch of spinach turned into a deeper realisation:
- Homegrown food tasted better
- It was cheaper
- And more importantly, it felt right
That curiosity evolved into a full commitment to natural farming and eventually syntropic agriculture.
Today, Hassan is focused on:
- Proving that regenerative farming works in urban settings
- Producing real, traceable food
- Helping others build similar systems
His approach is practical, not ideological:
this is about making natural farming viable, productive, and scalable.

🐝 Why Bees Matter Here
The farm integrates stingless bees (kelulut) not just for honey, but for ecosystem health.
- Improve pollination → better yields
- Produce unique, nutrient-rich honey
- Thrive in urban environments (low risk, non-aggressive)
“Once the ecosystem is balanced, everything supports each other — the plants feed the bees, and the bees feed the farm.”
A Note from Sebijihub (and How You Can Be Part of It)
Pangaea Naturals is not just about produce.
It represents a bigger question:
Can we grow real food, in the city, without depending on industrial systems?
This farm shows that:
- Small spaces can still produce meaningfully
- Regenerative systems can be practical, not just philosophical
- Traceability (knowing your farmer) matters more than labels
If you’re exploring:
- starting your own farm
- understanding syntropic systems
- or sourcing directly from a farmer
