These Terms govern your use of [Sebijihub, Ceres Technology Sdn Bhd ] (“we/us/our”) and bookings with our partner farms. By accessing the site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Definitions
  • “Experience Package”: hands-on farm visits; outcome is take-home or; no sell-back.
  • “Produce Package”: farmer-managed seasonal produce; some plans may include optional sell-back after harvesting at posted rates (For example One corn at Rm 1.55).
  • “Introductory Farm Tour”: a short visit to learn about the farm, the farmer and available packages before committing to a season.
  • “You/Participant”: customer/visitor making a booking or attending an event.
  1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ to book; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your details and for anyone you book on behalf of.

  1. Bookings, Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in RM and may change before payment is made.
  • A booking is confirmed upon full payment and our confirmation email/receipt.
  • We may limit capacity, apply cut-off dates, and verify payment.
  1. Packages & What’s Included
  • Experience Packages: scheduled visit windows (e.g., Plant / Maintain / Harvest), basic materials and facilitation, and specified take-home outcomes.
  • Produce Packages: specified seasonal produce allocations and pickup windows. Optional sell-back may be offered on eligible plans only (see Section 7).
  • Exact inclusions are stated on the package page or confirmation.
  1. Schedule Changes & Force Majeure

Light rain: program proceeds with shelters or modified activities. Severe weather, safety, or operational issues may require postponement, substitution, or credit. Events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, disease, government action) may delay or reduce yield/activities.

  1. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds
  • Introductory Tours: tickets are transferable; refunds as stated on the event page (common: non-refundable or refundable until D-3).
  • Experience/Produce Packages (Seasons): due to planning and farm inputs, bookings are transferable but non-refundable once confirmed, unless we cancel without offering an alternative date/credit.
  • To transfer, notify us at [Email/WhatsApp] with the new attendee’s details.
  1. Sell-Back (Eligible Produce Packages Only)
  • Where explicitly offered, surplus produce may be sold back to the farm at a posted farm-gate rate,  
  • Payments are typically made on the spot or within [7–14] days via the method specified by the farm.
  • No guarantee of minimum price/volume ( Depends on Farmers); sell-back is a convenience channel, not a financial return mechanism.
  • Experience Packages do not include sell-back to protect farmers’ economics.
  1. Safety, Conduct & Farm Rules during Farm tour
  • Closed-toe shoes are required. It is advised to bring sunscreens, water bottles and insect repellents. Follow staff instructions; stay within designated areas; use tools only as directed.
  • You accept inherent risks of outdoor/farm environments (uneven ground, insects, weather).
  • We may refuse or remove participants who pose a safety risk or are disruptive; no refunds in such cases.
  1. Food Handling & Allergies

We aim for good hygiene but cannot guarantee allergen-free conditions. You are responsible for your own dietary decisions, kindly inform us prior visit.

  1. Media Consent

We may capture non-intrusive photos/videos for documentation and promotional use. You can opt out on arrival or via email at [hello@sebijihub.com]; we’ll take reasonable steps to avoid identifiable images after your opt-out.

  1. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, photos, and materials are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

  1. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We share necessary details with partner farms and service providers for booking and safety.

  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and our partner farms against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation, then mediation in Kuala Lumpur, and if unresolved, the courts of Malaysia.
